HAD系列超声波清洗机

◆  超声波清洗机由三个基础部分组成：

1、超声波发生器（控制箱）：提供超声波清洗的电源；

2、换能器：将超声波发生器所产生的超声频电能转换成高频机械震动的机械能，在清洗液中传播，从而实现超声波清洗的目的；

3、清洗槽：它的主要作用是容纳清洗液和将要清洗的工件。

Brief introduction:

◆ The working principle is that ultrasonic signals more frequent than 20kHz are transformed into high frequency mechanical vibrations by energy converther and spread to the cleaning fluid. The high instantaneous voltage is caused by the formation of big air bubbles when air bubbles shut in the cavitations, continuous bubbles with high instantaneous voltage hit the surface of matters, making the dirt on the surface or in the gaps peel off immediately. This cavitated erosion effect is the basic principle of Ultrasonic Cleaning.
